$18.5 Million Beach Villa in Phuket, Tailand
Maybe you haven’t won the lottery yet, but it’s never too early to start planning what you will be buying with your winnings. This beautiful beach residence on the east of Thailand is the perfect vacation home, and lucky for us it recently landed on the market for a cool $18.5 million.
The project was designed as a collaboration venture between the Hong Kong
based design studio KplusK Architects and Deborah Oppenheimer Interior Design. The villa is massive with a lot spanning 48,5000 square feet, leaving 21,500 of livable square feet allocated to the actual residence which includes seven bedroom and seven bathrooms. Embedded in tall green trees and grass, this home features plenty of outdoor terraces along with a pool to soak up sun rays while enjoying the beachfront views.
